Wanting to build sunroom with Swim Spa in Roanoke, VA area but misgivings about humidity and HVAC corrosion.

Pool surface SF=112; Room SF=454, ceiling ht=9'.
Pool covered if not in use.

Smaller hourly moisture load each day for 1 hour exercise: at room temp 78, water temp 84 for 2 hours.
Larger hourly moisture load/day for "hot tub" use: water temp to 100 for ~1 hour max.

Thinking a large marine grade ceiling fan. Unsure if exhaust fan needed too.

Not sure what HVAC system yet, thinking a minisplit to keep it separate from rest of house. For supplemental heat, might do FP.

Best dehumidification strategy? Prefer ducted, sunroom will be over unfin basement.

Any help much appreciated.
